Come Hell Or Highwater Zero Smudge Clean Mascara

Caliray Come Hell or High Water mascara is incredible. The stuff does not budge (until you’re ready to remove it). Hell, I cried in my car today and it is still completely intact and didn’t run or smudge.

I wear only tubing mascara since I was introduced to it decades ago. My favorite is Caliray’s ‘ come Hell or HighWater ‘ but I can’t do it with my budget. So, instead I’m using Maybelline SkyHigh . I can't remember exactly how clean it is but I really liked the Caliray tubing mascara. It may not be the cleanest of the clean but I recall it being better than a lot of other ones out there.
