Smart Oven Air Fryer

Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro Easily fits a quarter sheet pan. I made a 15 lb brisket a couple weeks ago that fit with room to spare after it shrunk down on my smoker.

We have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and it’s the absolute best purchase we’ve made in recent years. It’s large enough to fit a 9x13 baking dish so we use it more frequently than our larger oven. It’s super precise and has great temperature control.

My Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro has almost completely replaced my normal oven. It only gets used for Thanksgiving and Christmas when I need more than one. Faster, more economic, more versatile, counter level. Big enough to hold a 13x9 casserole. Superb piece.

But is that for a 6” pizza or a 12” pizza? I have an XXL Philips airfryer, and only a personal pizza will fit without cutting the pizza to fit. My Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro has become my 12” pizza oven.

A good toaster oven is great - just make sure it has full temperature control, you want a small oven not a large toaster.
