Hot Box Brisket

Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro Easily fits a quarter sheet pan. I made a 15 lb brisket a couple weeks ago that fit with room to spare after it shrunk down on my smoker.

Looking for air fryer/smart oven recommendations!

We have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and it’s the absolute best purchase we’ve made in recent years. It’s large enough to fit a 9x13 baking dish so we use it more frequently than our larger oven. It’s super precise and has great temperature control.

What cooking trick made you feel like you unlocked a cheat code?

My Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro has almost completely replaced my normal oven. It only gets used for Thanksgiving and Christmas when I need more than one. Faster, more economic, more versatile, counter level. Big enough to hold a 13x9 casserole. Superb piece.

Can i put a whole frozen pizza in this thing?

But is that for a 6” pizza or a 12” pizza? I have an XXL Philips airfryer, and only a personal pizza will fit without cutting the pizza to fit. My Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro has become my 12” pizza oven.

Toaster oven at $127, good pick for someone living alone?

A good toaster oven is great - just make sure it has full temperature control, you want a small oven not a large toaster. I'm not sure about that one, I have a slightly bigger Breville oven (I've got the smart oven air fryer pro, the one without the air fryer is a bit cheaper and the same size & als

Favorite double oven?

Rather than get a true double oven range, we opted to stick with a larger, single oven for the turkey we roast for the annual feast and got a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro to go on the counter. Large enough for a roast chicken and a 9x13 casserole, this gets far more user than our main oven, and

Is the double oven worth the extra cost?

It wouldn’t be for me because we have the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer which can fit up to a jelly roll sized (10x15) pan. We use it multiple times a day anyway

Microwave alternatives

Sounds like a microwave is a waste of space for you if you’re only using it a few times a week. We use our microwave all the time (family of 6 including teens) but our absolute most used appliance is the Breville Smart Oven Air fryer. We use it for toasting, air frying, reheating and baking pretty m

Ovens

Some are better than others. I have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and can basically cook anything in it that I can cook in my regular oven, just on a smaller scale. For a 1-2 person household, it's great. Some of the cheaper toaster ovens aren't going to be able to handle cooking bigger/denser

Countertop Oven Query

I have the Sage (Breville for the Yanks) smart oven air fryer pro. Basically a small convection oven that replaced our full oven for most things. Great little thing. You might struggle getting most dutch ovens in countertop ovens, so just check for sizing
