Returned PX7 S3 after 4 days of use, back to Sony XM5
I never warmed to the XM5s, not a patch on any of the three B & W headphones I've had (px2, px2 SE and px8) in terms of sound, nowhere near any of them in fact. In fact, the XM4's were far better than the XM5's.

Convince me *not* to buy the px7s3
I love B&W's headphones. Got the px7 s2 and px8 s2 You can't beat the build quality. They're lower profile and comfy as hell, super fun to listen to, and the ANC keeps engine noise out. I have no complaints, other than that I wish they sounded like the Focal Bathys Bose has ok sound. Wouldn't call i

Why I Returned the Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 Headphones
You should return them if you paid full price when brand new and reconsider buying them again on sale either on Amazon USA or Costco.com after reading my post, and that alone, especially the Costco.com offer (not available in stores) will take care of your price point problem since you get $50 off l

Is the Px8 S2 worth the extra money over AirPods Max?
I had the Airpods Max for 4 years. They have amazing sound quality and the best ANC I have experienced. I recently tried a PX8 S2 in the store and was blown away, so I bought it. Upon testing them side by side the first day though, my first thought was that the difference wasn't that big. However, a

Px8 first impression - questions
Nah, definitely not age – I’m 55+ and have tinnitus. AAC + Spotify is like a double strike. Apple Music with Apple Lossless enabled will help with playback quality and listening wired, lighting to 3.5mm TRS, with provide you the best sound quality at the expense of being tethered. I own one too many

Just join the Px8 family
I tried a pair yesterday that I could have gotten for less than the px8 s2. I still chose the b&w They look much better, feel much better, and are better for travel. The sound on the h95 was a little better but.. Nothing to warrant your nose in the air comment and eye roll. What a snob lol

PX8 007 - upgrade to PX8 S2?
The sound is a huge improvement. The px8 sounds decent, but the bass is realllyyy muddy. Everything is expressed much more tightly with the s2 Like the other commenter mentioned, they needed to loosen up for me. I had actually posted mine for sale because they were not pleasant to wear. Thankfully I

Should I choose the Px7 S3 or Px8 S2
If you love the Pi8 sound, go Px8 S2. It’s the same house sound signature scaled up to over-ear - warm, detailed, with real bass depth. The Px7 S3 is good but it’s a step below in driver quality and overall resolution. Since you already know you prefer B&W’s tuning over the Bose QC, the Px8 S2 is th

B&W you could do better
There are enough people out there who don't give two shits about random gimmicks that something like what B&W offers which is just a simple pair of Bluetooth headphones that sound good is tempting. Btw, you don't have to spend $800 on a PX8. They offer a PX7 model that's 80-90% there for half the mo
