I've got the Bowers and Wilkins Px7 S2E and want to replace them. These M4s look tempting especially as of late with the prices. Nice that you get a case with it. The denim blue looks great.

If you are flexible with the brand, Bowers and Wilkins PX7 s2e are a great choice. Very clear sound for a good price. No touch features but I don’t like that anyways. The app does not have as many functions as that from sennheiser but the headphones are very well calibrated when you buy them. They a

How much did you pay? I've been waiting for the Px7 S2e recertified to come back in stock through Bowers & Wilkins for $229 with 2 year warranty and they offer a 10% student discount on top of it. I had the green ones previously which I loved, however they were stolen. I previously paid $226 after t

Ignore every other post here and buy the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S2e on sale for $220 right now. Better sound quality than sony and bose and dramatically better build quality. The Sony XM series is notorious for hinges breaking and it sounds like longevity is a priority for you.

I was looking for pretty much the exact same thing you are for the same reason. I landed on the Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3. Probably the best sounding headphones in their class honestly. Beat out the Sony, Bose, and AirPods Max in sound. Noise cancelling is quite good but not as good as those mainstrea

I would look at ebay refurbished as well as you can get something a lot better and a good price. If you want open back (sit down listen and en

Or he could lower his budget and get good headphones instead of ones that are only stand outs when it comes to noise cancelling and having an apple logo, like these B&Ws: Apple AirPods Max Wireless Over-Ear Headphones vs Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e Wireless Over-Ear Headphones Comparison - HomeTheaterR

The Momentum 4, Sony XM series, and Bose Quietcomfort are the primary ones people talk about. I ended up settling on the Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2e. The XM4 was too big to sit properly on my head. I almost kept the Momentum 4, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for at the time. The PX7s were cheap

I bought the Momentum 4s but returned them. I previously had the Momentum 3s as my wireless headphones and wasn’t down with the quality of the new ones. That plastic headband connection was triggering my PTSD of breaking at least 3 headphones at that same connection. Also if you want some headphones

The Sennheiser Momentum 4 and the Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e are both good choices.
