The QC Ultra Gen 2 over-ear just dropped… and let’s be real: the “upgrades” (USB-C audio, better mic, more solid immersive/cinema mode, stable connection) are not really new features. They’re literally the stuff Gen 1 should have had from day one.

This is my second set of ear cups on my quiet comfortable to die this way. The glue is not strong enough to hold up for even a year of being used daily at my desk while I work. I am starting to feel like part of there business model is having you pay for replacements of these ear cups for 45 dollars

Is this covered by warranty?

Multipoint is finally here. It took them long enough to release the update. I’m not sure how reliable it will be, considering how unstable it is currently. I’ll share my thoughts after the update and expect more users to do the same.

Cut your losses and buy Wicked Cushions. The QC of Bose headphones are not stellar. I think they use glue to reduce the cost instead of stitching. I had my for about 2 years before I had to buy new ear pads so your mileage may vary.

i mean i quite literally can barely hear anything with my bose qc, not the ultra version. maybe it is defective?
