No trade-in program for QuietComfort Ultra Gen 1 Overear ?
The QC Ultra Gen 2 over-ear just dropped… and let’s be real: the “upgrades” (USB-C audio, better mic, more solid immersive/cinema mode, stable connection) are not really new features. They’re literally the stuff Gen 1 should have had from day one.
It feels like Bose has been making a habit of this

Please, please do not buy the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Earbuds
Praying this appears to potential buyers of the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Earbuds. Please, please do NOT buy them. I've had such a myriad of issues with them, I've had to have them replaced 3 times due to seal and charging issues. And even when they function as intended, the slight buzzing interferenc

My 4th pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra's... all faulty!
I've just sent off my fourth pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones for a replacement - this will be my third replacement due to recurring issues. Each pair has had problems like random Bluetooth disconnections or noticeably low sound from the left ear. I'm genuinely puzzled. I wear them every s

Multipoint on QC ultra finally!!
Multipoint is finally here. It took them long enough to release the update. I’m not sure how reliable it will be, considering how unstable it is currently. I’ll share my thoughts after the update and expect more users to do the same.

My issues with Bose Quietcomfort Ultra headphones
Hello, friends! Recently, I received a pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones for $330, aiming to replace my Sony WH-1000XM4s. The most common use cases are outdoor, transportation, and traveling. At home, I use the planar EDIFIER STAX Spirit S5 headphones.
Well, I like the overall weight, buil

Ongoing issues with the QuietComforts
I've owned a pair of QC35s for almost 8 years now and absolutely love them.
Early this year I bought a new pair of QuietComforts and have been nothing but disappointed with them. Audio cuts off multiple times a day after a sudden crackling noise and the microphone is basically unusable unless I'm i

How do I fix my Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones?
The right ear cup has separated from the band. The audio cable still works. I can push the cup back on but it falls back off as soon as I take the headphones off. I tried Bose support and they wanted me to pay $300 for new headphones.

I love this app so much (no)
I've got mine connected to my Pixel 9 Pro and iPad... they both lag at connecting and it got worse after my QC Ultra Gen2's upgraded to firmware 8.2.20. I suspect an app update is long overdue. These are my first Bose bluetooth headphones. They are comfortable to wear all day, but the app needs a da

f-ing annoyed with the many issues on new Bose headphones
i really wish the QC didn't make crackling noises when i pause/play, i exchanged mine with bose twice and they all had the same problem, tried everything, multipoint off, not having the app installed, etc, in the end just had to return them. happened on both my phone and my work pc. unbelievable iss

Bose qc headphones crackle when I pause music or switch apps
i have this too. deleting the bose app or disabling multipoint didn't do anything to change it. i complained to bose and they exchanged the headphones, the new pair had the same issue I've never had the problem on any other Bluetooth headphone. the QC ultras don't have it, they're fine on that front
