Not happy with new update :/
Glad to see I’m not the only one who doesn’t like this new update, which I don’t think I’ve received yet. I have the QC Ultra Earbuds 2, and I’ll try to avoid updating them until Bose either changes their mind about this or gives us the option in the app to switch between the current voice and the n

Bose QC Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) vs Sony WH-1000XM6 vs Dell WL7024 vs Bose QC Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) | Microphone Call Quality Comparison!
Not a fan of selling a product based on features to be delivered at a later time. Why aren’t the features available at launch? All features listed as selling points should be available at launch. Otherwise, the consumer is buying an unfinished, un-tested product. Bose sold the QCii earbuds with a pr

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen), gold or trash?
Ill tell you as someone who uses airpods pro and this trash. BQC 2nd Gen is trash, its noise cancelling aint even that great, and you need to manually connect to it whenever you switch to different devices even though its registered. So say I was playing on my phone with these bose earbuds then I de

Why cant I connect my Bose QC Ultra earbuds to Bose QCE app?
Pretty sure QCE is only for quiet comfort earbuds (2024). I remember i complained because I didn't want to download a 525mb app just to change my earbuds.. Try the bose app for ultra..

bose quietcomfort ultra earbuds 2nd gen min volume is way too loud
When paired with an iPhone, if I mute the volume, I can still hear sound. The minimum volume is around 55–65 dBA, which is way tooooo loud there is no in between. The buds are unusable with a iphone without losing my hearing. I can't find a fix and i think i try everthing.

Why this awful default sound setting? (QC Ultra Earbuds 2nd Gen)
I'm a huge fan of the QC Ultra headphones (over Ear). The sound quality via aptX Lossless in the default setting without any EQ settings is brilliant.
Armed with this knowledge, I blindly bought the QC Ultra earbuds (gen1) and was hugely disappointed.
The default setting is terrible. The treble

New QC Ultra Gen 2 earbuds missing "Switch Device" touch shortcut?
I am having the same problem after "upgrading" from the original QC Ultra earbuds to gen 2. I contacted Bose. They "apologized" but would not say whether this feature would be restored and if so when. This is very disappointing, as it is one of the features I really liked about the gen 1 Ultras. Amo
