I want an ereader with alarge screen. Any suggestions on brand and model?

BOOX note max has a large clear screen and their Neoreadwr is awesome. Not sure about the dictionaries but they run on android.

Are e-ink note-taking devices like reMarkable worth it for software engineers?

The only one that work with a subscription (and it’s not an obligation to subscribe though) is the remarkable with connect. There is no hidden fees. I’m not a software engineer but considering your use of obsidian you might like the onyx Boox devices since it is an android google play enabled device

StarNote app is by Onyx international ie related to Boox!?!

So I gave it a few minutes' test drive, and found a few things. Nothing that can't be debugged and cleaned up, if the Devs really wanted to. It's not ready for a public announcement that "It's compatible, hooray!" yet, but it's better than anything we've ever had. Notebooks created in Notes, exporte

Avoid Buying From Boox (Return Policy)

I mean, it exactly matches what the return policy states on their website (2 shipping fee and 1 receipt charge)... I refrain from trying a Boox for so long because of this return policy (those basic shipping fees are fine with me. I am more concerned that I might need to argue about the restocking f

Cons or downsides to owning Boox

I'd say it depends entirely on your use cases and the models you are looking at. There are 12 current models of BOOX devices, which vary greatly in screen tech, size, stylus capabilities (capactive vs EMR vs USI), screen coatings, storage, and power. Trying to paint that variety with a single brush

From reading the posts here it seems that the Remarkable is not what I should be purchasing...

well, first of all, nearly everything is cheaper than reMarkable, which helps. generally for someone with your needs I recommend a Boox Tab XC or Note Max. especially if you are a big Obsidian fan, tho, I lean towards the Supernote Manta, because there's a really great integration for Supernote with

Best e ink for a student

Electrical engineering student here, I would highly recommend going for an android based device. I use my device every day, and I find myself constantly going into my campus to download files, problem guides, PDFs, slides, etc. this would be miles more difficult with a remarkable. I had a really har

Supernote Manta vs Note Air5 C?

I’ve been testing both out myself for the past 2 weeks. They’re both great devices here the major points of each device I’ve noticed (customer service / the issue with the pen on the note air and how they’re press is handling it aside): Both have links capability to other notebooks / documents; howe
