Note Air 5 C

I was excited about the A1 Note, but after the first concrete specs and impressions dropped, I can't help but feel like it is a NXTPaper tablet shoehorned into an e-reader-shaped package with an e-ink price tag slapped on it. I can't shake the suspicion that TCL looked at the Note Air 5C or Supernot

Personally I'd go for Boox Go10.3 instead of Viwoods ai paper, just cause of value for money. Hard to bargain with twice the price but I don't have Viwoods, so maybe. You will enjoy your work and your reading much more on the Go 10.3 than on the iPad. It's not something you will regret buying. If you want to split the difference, you can get a Boox Note Air 5c. Also, if you need an LCD tablet for something, you can get a generic one for less than $100.

Lots of better alternatives. Viwoods Aipaper, Viwoods Mini, Boox Note Air 5C, Boox Go 10.3 Lumi, and others from Bigme and Supernote. They all run Android, are more powerful, have better screens, allow you to use apps, and are generally better priced.
