Trying to find the best air purifier on a budget
the Levoit Core 200S-P is a safe choice, consider also the PuroAir 130i or even the cheaper Blueair Blue Pure 511 which I think looks nicer. In my opinion one of these can do the work and stay within your budget. good luck
