Looking for headphones for gaming

I got the Beyerdynamic TYGR 300 R and I really like them, especially for their imaging and soundstage. They’re great for footsteps and directional audio and I use them for cs2. Other headphones I’d recommend but haven’t tried, only heard a lot about are the sennheiser hd 560s, audeze maxwell 1 or 2,

What Headphones do you use?

I previously had a SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, but wanted something better as I started to get better at noticing sounds in Hunt. I went through a lot of headphones about a year ago to find better sound in this game. I ended up on the beyerdynamic TYGR 300Rs as the best sounding open headp

Lankelis metalinis, platus.

Is Wireless Audio finally "good enough" for competitive gaming in 2026? Or is Wired still King? 🎧

The g pro x 2 has a horrible mic. I got the beyerdynamic tygr 300 r and they’re great for gaming and music, I just got a standalone mic with it.

Beyerdynamic headphones advices..

You should take a look at the beyerdynamic tygr 300 r, I have them and they’re really good for gaming as music. I just plug them into my pc and they’re loud enough but you can get a dongle for like 10 dollars if you want them a little louder.

Disappointed with 330 pros

Studio headsets are designed for accuracy, not fun. They allow audio engineers to hear exactly what's in a mix... flaws, compression artifacts, bad EQ, etc. That often means they sound pretty flat. Most people listen to music for the vibe and emotional impact, which usually means punchier bass and w

What Headphones do you use?

Beyerdynamic TYGR 300 R + Sound BlasterX G6 I think I grabbed both of these at different times when they were on sale. The headphones are super comfy and don't feel too snug during long sessions even with glasses. This setup has been good to me for a bit now. These are open back headphones so might

What headphone pro player use?

These are the best options for competitive audio. You can research the ones I'm going to recommend one by one and decide which one is best, also according to your budget. These aren't selling you a brand, they're selling you real audio. Those who will respond best are audiophiles. Audio-Technica ATH
