Best Studio Headphones for HS?
DT 880 Pro and DT 770 Pro would be my choice. Produced 10 yrs on the 880 pro (more than with speakers) and still love them. Itโs a matter of practice and preference but you also have to compare your mix to pro tracks. Voxengo Span is all I ever used for it. High ends and low end are great with the B

Small DAP with bigger Ohms
The short answer is: The Shanling M0 Pro will likely be able to power a 250-ohm Beyerdynamic headphone to a usable, but likely not optimal, listening level from the single-ended output. Here is a breakdown of why: Voltage is Key for High-Impedance For high-impedance headphones like the 250-ohm Beyer

Help me choose which headphones to order today
Iโd recommend the Hifiman Sundara. Let me break down exactly why itโs my pick. I used the DT 880 Pro for years. I tried every calibration trick I could to get it sounding better, but eventually I decided it was time for a replacement. I went back and forth between Sennheiser, Audio-Technica and plen

Teaching an Ableton workshop, will the machines be powerful enough to teach?
Monitors can definitely be useful since you're teaching a class but depending on the room, you might be better off just taking that speaker budget and getting some headphones. If everyone had the same interface and headphones, it'd be easy to standardize what they're hearing. I'd recommend some Beye

How does one learn to mix?
Hey, your welcome! I dont exactly know how good AirPods Pro are..but I would suggest over the ear headphones.. cheap: Audio Technica ATH-M40x (a bit bass heavy); medium: Beyerdynamic DT-880 pro; top end: Neumann NDH 30. .. probably go with the cheapest first.. :)

Best headphones for DJing?
I use these: Beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro 250-ohm Semi-open Reference Studio Headphones They sound amazing and if he does any producing he'll want studio headphones so they work for both. They are your max budget though
