All measurements I found of the MKII show a relative dip in that 2,5k/3k region. This is likely important to fix because I think this will harm the timbre. I own the DT 1990 Mkii. The only PvP game I play is BF 6. I can pin point the exact direction of footsteps, below or above, or right next to me. I just use a controller and since getting some very nice new headphones I've been enjoying some cockpit view, it's nice sometimes! (Very highly recommend Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro Mk.II btw)
