What do we think of Aldi makeup?

I used that one too. It’s a dupe of Benefit They’re Real and performs ok. I have moved over to tubing mascaras because I’m oily and use drops throughout the day and don’t want to encourage smudging. I still might get another anyway because I remember liking it.

Are companies secretly changing formulas or am I crazy???

Noooooo please don’t let it be true. Telescopic has been my #1 ride or die makeup product for basically my entire adult life. I haven’t bought a new one in about six months, or maybe a bit more, because I’m working through some other mascaras in my rotation. I will be devastated if there’s a new int

need mascara recs

I feel your pain. I’m 64 and my natural hair color was strawberry blonde…more blonde than strawberry now. I have “clear” lashes and brows and I can tell you what I’ve tried and like: 1). This one in taupe. Lightest shade but also lengthening. Kinda pricey for how much you get. The best for a no-make

Mascara help!

Have you tried a waterproof mascara? Ilia's mascara is good, but it's 'simple', so IDK if it's what you are looking for. I used to really like the Benefit They're Real. That was a great formula; I only stopped using it because I went cruelty free. (Recently heard Benefit MIGHT be cruelty free now..

Did I do it? Did I avoid blindness and do clean girl??

So I also have very thin eyebrows and something I can and do suggest for a natural look is to find and use a powder and a very small angled brush. MAC sells one specifically for brows. I recommend to find a single eyeshadow as they are very finely milled and will give you a very natural shadow under

Problem with my blonde lashes!

Omg I have the same type of lashes 🫣 Why do they do that??? lol I’m glad to know I’m not alone. For my half&half lashes I use ‘Benefit’s They’re Real! Tinted Lash Primer’ under whatever regular mascara I have on hand. The wand and the formula really help to coat the whole lash to make more uniform w

What is on product that MUST be high end for you?

Same, but brown mascara snob here. Forever a Too Faced Better than Sex Chocolate, ISAMAYA Mascara in Umber or Benefit They’re Real! Tinted Lash Primer kinda guy. The only 2 mascara I’ve marginally liked drugstore-wise is Revlon Big Bad Lash but it only comes in black and maybe Maybelline Total Tempt
