What are the worst products that you bought in 2025?

That stupid fucking bounce mascara from benefit. Literally back to back to back amazing mascara releases (they’re real, roller lash, badgal bang) then this dry, flaky nightmare that if I apply at 10:43 covers my under eyes in dried product by 11:00am sharp. To hell.

Mascara

I am really picky and usually only wear roller lash by Benefit. These two I tried because of great reviews I love both. The Maybelline colossal bubble lash is a bit too wet but I put a thin coat of it on first. Then I use the Elf lash n roll to separate and finish.

When do you give up on a mascara?

I always scrape excess of the wand with any new mascara, till the formula gets drier. I like long non clumped lashes. My favourite non waterproof mascara is The Benefit Roller Lash. They sell minis you can try that.

What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!

Benefit Roller Lash (full size works better than mini). I literally use blow dryer on my eyelashes after to avoid any smudging.

Benefit Brow Prices Are Crazy

I know this post is about their brow services but I'm still sad about the roller lash mascara. They got me hooked on it when it first came out and I used to be able to consistently snag it for $12 during their 21 DOB sales. Now it's my staple and I'm stuck paying $29 every time! Really wish it was m

Lengthening mascara

About face 1994 mascara is great for adding length, but can be quite heavy (formula is more on the wet side), so if you don't have a natural curl you might not like it. Benefit roller lash has a good balance of curl and length but dries out quickly which gives a more natural look imo, but not everyo

Luxury makeup that's actually worth the splurge? 🤔

mac matte bullet lipsticks!! (macximal) realized na ang waxy pala mg maybelline matte lipsticks dahil dito haha. love the saktong creaminess of mac benefit roller lash too. i opt for the travel size kasi 6mos lang shelf life. ganda nito. even the other benefit mascaras can't beat this. pero for offi

What makeup products have you been rebuying for 5–10+ years?

Chanel CC cream. It is my ultimate holy grail. I’ve been buying and wearing it consistently (no other foundations at all) for over 10 years. It’s the perfect, light coverage for me! It evens out my skin tone, and applies so easily (I just use my fingers!). While do apply spf under my CC cream, I lov

What are your favourite mascaras that don't smuge or flake?

I still love the benefit roller lash. Doesn’t smudge and stays until I take it off. It’s not too wet of a formula either.

What’s your HOLY GRAIL mascara?!

Get a lash lift and tint - seriously the best thing I started doing for myself every 8 weeks and then you can really use any mascara you want (not waterproof) and they will be perfection in like 2 swipes! I’m using the elf lash n roll dupe for the benefit roller lash and it’s a great combo imo
