That's a GREAT question! From customer experience, damn near all Beelink Amazon affiliates suck, although some are worse than others. Here's my perspective, as-well-as the ones in our staff. As it stands, the EQ series was a failed cost savings design by AZW that never transitioned to the EQi13/EQi1

Beelink Eqr5 power button problem
I had this problem personally and have seen a number of other people who had this problem with their EQR5. I am unaware of a fix other than returning the unit either to place of purchase or to beelink support who appear willing to support their warranty. This seems specifically to be an EQR5 plague,
