I've read a lot of bad things too. Acemagic and its sister brands aren't known for customer service are quality. Read a lot of complaints on both Reddit and FB. Also not especially fond of the older technology cheaper Zen 2 5700U. Zen 3 is a better budget option. Spending a little more on the 5825U

I had this problem personally and have seen a number of other people who had this problem with their EQR5. I am unaware of a fix other than returning the unit either to place of purchase or to beelink support who appear willing to support their warranty. This seems specifically to be an EQR5 plague,
