Ran my first 10k
I began running 45 days ago after years of overlooking the joy of exercising.
I remember day 1 where running a single mile was so grueling and I couldn’t do it without stopping. Lately, as well, I’ve been pretty discouraged trying to break past the wall of running 3 miles without stopping, and even

[Free & No Ads] Rhythm: Heart Rate Meditation app for AirPods Pro 3 (also works with Apple Watch)
App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6752779850
Works with AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch, Powerbeats Pro 2 and 3rd party bluetooth heart rate monitors.
When Apple announced heart rate sensing in the AirPods Pro 3, I had this idea: what if your heartbeat could be the meditation? Ju

iOS/watchOS 26 - voice cues now route from watchOS through iOS in Apple Fitness runs
Hi fellow Runnas,
Like many Apple Watch users, I’ve wrestled with whether I should use the Runna app on my Apple Watch or the native Fitness app with the run structure imported from Runna. I ultimately settled on the following solution:
- Apple Fitness app for conversational paced runs
- Runna app for

Update on Comply foam tips, PBP2
This is one of the most common failure points for Comply's foam tips, regardless of which set of earbuds you're buying them for. I'm surprised they lasted more than three months, but all good things must come to an end. If you're looking for a good alternative, Azla's foam and silicone eartips are p

Powerbeats Pro 2
Does anyone know of any good apps to track workouts on iPhone similar to the Apple Watch fitness app? I just got the Powerbeats pro 2 and I’d like to use the built in heart rate monitor instead of wearing my Apple Watch. So far strava seems promising but it doesn’t seem like you can pair the Powerbe

Will Powerbeats Pro 2 work with iPod nano 7th gen?
Not sure if they work with a Nano 7th Gen, but I have an iPod Touch 7th Gen and just got the PowerBeats Pro 2 and they work well. You don't have the ability to set their "config" through the iPod - none of the settings for the PBs are available bc it's running iOS 15, but they still sound good and I

Why Apple Isn't Making New AirPods Max Anytime Soon
I’d get the Powerbeats Pro 2 if I wanted something seriously stable for working out.

Headphone good for BART?
If you have an iPhone, you can pick between the AirPods Pros or the Powerbeats Pro 2; all others won’t pair as well or consistently. If you have an android phone, the Nothing Ear1s, WH-1000XM series from Sony, and the Bose Quiet comfort are best in class.

Headphones for running
I have used Bose Soundsport free ear buds for years now while running and loved them. Loved the sound and how they are solid in your ear, they don't move. They do have some connection issues but got over that. They are dying now and I need to replace them.
I would love to stay with Bose because I a

Just made the first hardware purchase for my Deck! What buds do you use?
I use PowerBeats Pro 2. I haven’t had any problems with Bluetooth. They’re my first noise canceling product and I find the noise canceling super useful for when my partner walks in the room and wants to talk while I play Caves Of Qud. She doesn’t need to listen to the sounds of the game and I can tu
