Zeppelin

I cannot believe the problems I've had with every single piece of B and W gear I've bought. Formation Bar crapped the bed and spent $200 having it shipped to be fixed. Now it's back, worked for awhile and now it's only pumping out bass. I've been through 3 Zeppelins as well. Their stuff is complete

This shouldn't happen. I'd reboot the zeppelin or the router to see if that helped. Or contact B&W for full support. Not sure where you're located, but usually they can help.

hello, I need some serious help please! B&W can't help me either with this issue I have since 3 weeks...I have a zeppelin air lightning version and it started to make some red blinking while it was in standbye mode. I have resetted already a few times when done it worked properly. Also configurated

B&W direct only seem to offer returns. I'm willing to agree, it seems strange to be impacted by 3 headsets. One of the following is happening: Maybe a batch or production issue A firmware issue maybe It's the way it works and I'm sensitive to it. Kind of one of those things once you hear it type sit
