TLDR: A component called a NTC thermistor on the AC board can overheat and catch fire. In some cases it melts through the bottom of the A1. 3D Musketeers have collected 70 reports of this problem. BambuLab remains silent on the issue. If you run a A1 please place it on a non-flammable surface.

You all are really throwing a fit over this? Jeez. This is a big difference from what the max tariff price is and still reflects the new standing tariff adjustment so an extra $100 from MSRP vs $500 is huge. Also BambuLab didn't have to do anything if they didn't want to. So kudos to them for being

Added to this and other comments I tried the bbl to u1 converter and it didn't work for most 3mf files. That's why I, too, resorted to opening snapmaker Orca, import the 3mf file (very important!!! Don't open it, import the object!!! Bambulab 3mf are not compatible with the u1 and may even crash the

Hey I had the same exact issue on the A1mini, I ended getting a replacement bed assembly with bearings through warranty (via my authorised reseller in my country) Printer is working perfectly now for about 200hrs since I installed the new bed assembly onto the linear rails for the Y axis Unsure why

I had the same problem with my A1 Mini a few days ago. It looked pretty bad, too. But since I’m pretty comfortable taking things apart and tinkering, I tried to salvage what I could. I was able to clean everything, and the A1 Mini is printing perfectly again! I used a heat gun, tweezers, and pliers

same thing for me, support was great, new switch was ~$20 i think, and im currently replacing it, but im stuck on the part of removing 1, 2, and 3 on https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/replacement_of_power_switch

Cost + Parts / Accessories Availability + Community + Ease of Use = BambuLab Model depends on which material you wanna use to print. If only pla, petg and tpu / small models = A1 mini
