If you want a budget wireless keyboard you can do something like aula f75 or f99 pro for $60-$70 and get $20 outemu silent peach v3 switches and put those in, that should be quiet enough.

Probably not aside from switches (and the aforementioned knob) - since the F99 Pro is an Epomaker X Aula Collab. I have the F99 Pro. Lovely board. (i got it for $40)

I own an Aula F99 Pro and while it's incredible for the price you can get it for, it comes no where close to what you get with this and other higher end "budget" boards.
