I wonted to upgrade my IPS router
I've had luck with them at client's larger homes. My caution for you is range. If you have dead zones I don't think a new router will solve it pending what bands you want to use. Consider mesh. Problem is it may raise your cost for the 2 nodes. To answer your question I bought the Asus zenwifi BT10.

Router/Booster Questions
i have the telus internet service with the boost. I also had my own mesh so I could reach far away spots in my 3 storey house and the backyard. I need help on a mesh router
I’ve used a number of asus routers in wireless and wired back haul modes over the years and they’ve been quite good. Currently using 2 bt6 in wired back haul to provide coverage to a 3500 sq ft house over 3 levels. Cheers
