With 3,600 sq ft you need at least a 2 node mesh WiFi network. I recommend that you Google "mesh wifi router ratings" and look at a few ratings to determine best router for you based on your location and price point. Asus ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro keeps coming up for me.

I think it depends how much control you want. If plug and play go with eero. I personally don't like how its controlled by Amazon. I went with Asus Zenwifi bq16 pro. Its a beast and costs less than others. Gives you lots of control but you will have to tinker the settings to make sure its stable wit
