I’ve had my ASUS tuf for around 3 years now is it really necessary to repaste it ?

Finally purchased a tuf from my own money. Any advice?
The same old stuff for asus laptspps. Uninstall Armoury Crate and install Ghelper. Just from the experience of using Ac for half an year and Ghelper for 1 and half year. In Ghelper, disabling cpu boost reduce cpu temps by atleast 10C or more. Also make sure to set battery limit to atleast 80. This w

Are these temps normal for Asus tuf f15(RTX 3050-intel i511400H)
I got a Asus TUF F15 RTX 3050 4GB Vram 24GB Ram. While gaming for long periods of time (5h - 7h) i get around 55c to 73c of course depending on the game. If you are using Armoury Crate, would suggest to switch to Ghelper, disable cpu boost and if possible set a good fan curve.
