If you’re fine with the subscription cost, then sure. I have an AWU2 and a Whoop and the Whoop feels great for 24/7 wear. You could also try Bevel Health or something on the AWU if you think you can wear it 24/7. If Apple Watches were comfortable for 24/7 then I’d probably use Bevel Health over Whoo

Mine is doing it as well. Pro max 16 iOS 26.3.1 and watch is an ultra 2 on watchOS 26.3. I have restarted my watch, my phone, restarted them together, unpaired, factory reset the watch, re-paired them, turned off mirroring, deleted clips every few days - still going on. Sometimes 20-30 notifications
