The ecosystem as it stands is pretty bare, your only real options are the phones and headphones/earbuds (both of which are solid products). You can obviously use any Bluetooth device with the phones, so you aren't forced to buy in completely. They also make the CMF Watches, which may or may not meet

Consider getting an Apple Watch, especially if you can afford and Ultra with LTE connectivity. I've used the AWU2 as a dumbphone before and it generally works very well, while being just about impossible to lose or have stolen.

Update: I realized why mine was stuttering, I was using a third party face and that causes it. I just removed it and went back to a standard face and it's snappy again. I find the watch to just be average at speed. It stutters on things like when I go to delete an email or or mark a message as read
