This is my regular chart every night. Is this concerning? I feel it is.
I don't trust my AWU2 sleep apnea monitoring. Not wearing my CPAP it says I don't have it and things are OK. I have had multiple sleep studies and I have like a 25-30 AHI and yet somehow apple couldn't detect it. Get a real study.

AppleCare on a used Ultra 2?
It was my first apple care product. Now i do it for all new items. Got an awu2 and crown ecg sensor died. Dealer was not even able to understand the problem and apple warranty was gone. Got a new awu2 and immediatly booked apple care. Lesson learned.

Stats Logging whilst using an Apple Watch
I've been using an Ultrahuman Ring Air alongside my Apple Watch Ultra 2 for a few months now. I don't wear the watch while at home, preferring to keep only the ring on. Because of that, the ring actually captures more overall data than the watch. I was never comfortable wearing a watch to sleep eith

Series 5 to Series 11 -> 30 days later -> I'm not impressed
I’m going to get shit on for this but Apple Watches are e-waste. There really hasn’t been any improvements to these in years. I had a series 5 and just got a 11 titanium and tbh other than the brighter bigger screen there’s almost no difference. Sure you get some extra sensors and they act like ther

Any gone from Garmin back to AW? If so why?
I went AWU2 to Garmin Instinct Crossover. I debate going back but my reasons have more to do with using a Dexcom than anything else. Apples limits on the number if times a day a complication can update is annoying for a 24/7 health metric.

[Happy!] Came from Apple Watch Ultra 2 to Garmin Instinct 3 Solar 45mm
I moved from the OG Instinct to the Apple Watch Ultra and now moving to instinct 3 amoled because I got a crazy deal on it. I was wanting to upgrade to the AWU2/3 for the sleep apnea and hypertension alerts (I have both) but then decided to get a Garmin instead. It’s kind of funny how the idea that

Should I get a CPAP? AHI is 10.5, but symptoms improved with side sleeping & tongue exercises
Apple Watch won't properly monitor your blood oxygen saturation. I have an AWU2 with the on-watch monitoring before the ban and it is a few times a night. You can buy proper pulseox sensors on amazon that can export their data right in to OSCAR and get the data all night long. You may also want to t

Apple Watch getting worse over time
I also use my AWU2 for sleep analysis, but I use the Apple FOCUS settings to set 1. Do Not Disturb (never dismissed) 2. Sleep (dismissed only upon waking up early). In the FOCUS settings, I only allow certain APPS and CONTACTS to alert, and have NEVER received unwanted alerts (I sleep until noon, so

Feedback after switching from Apple Watch Ultra to Garmin Forerunner
I recently started wearing my Fenix 8 again instead of my AWU2 and noticed my VO2 max jumped up a whole 5 points with the Garmin. Not sure if Apple under report it or Garmin over report it 🤷🏻♂️

Took the plunge, thoughts?
It definitely won’t. You might find other Garmin users who will blow smoke at you but you can look at their track record and make your own judgements for sure. I went with the Venu X1 after trying quite a few different models including Fenix 8, and a Fenix 7 Pro Solar that was on sale at Bass. The X
