Vision Pro M5 review: It’s time for Apple to make some tough choices | Ars Technica

I don't think it can ever break into the high end until the underlying tech is commoditized. The idea your $18,000 watch can be outdated every 12 months kills its ability to be high end. A watch should be timeless, something you can own for decades. Until the tech is commoditized that can't happen.

My smart watch may have saved my life . . .

I had an Apple Watch that kept saying I was having afib. I’m in my 30s and never had heart issues so I ignored it and ended up having a stroke a week later.

HomePod mini refresh looking likely, B&H lists it as ‘discontinued’

Updated chip "to support Siri and Apple Intelligence" doesn't seem very likely, it's got a Watch CPU and that would require at least an A18 with 8GB of RAM... updated Watch chip that leans on your iPhone for these features seems more likely.

I’m loving my apple watch series 10 already 👌🏼

Those fake watch faces are TRASH. Either pay for the Hermes AW or just use what’s available. IMHO, they come off as making the watch look cheaper than it is. If you want to support the Designer product you’re already wearing, you can change the Monogram to an Apple logo and it looks crisp. Or rock a

AWU3 vs Garmin Fenix 8 — losing my mind over this GAS spiral 😅

My experience for what it’s worth. I have a lot of apple products and am quite happy in the ecosystem, I have a Fenix 8 and was given a AWU3, I have to admit I wanted to enjoy the AW as I’m a little unhappy with the way garmin treat software releases on “older” watches. However I just can’t get on w

Apple needs to fix the Workout app

I switched to the first Apple Watch Ultra as soon as it came out from the Fitbit Versa, and immediately fell in love with the frictionless design of this—for me—core experience. I was shocked to see the UI after the last watchOS upgrade, as it adds so much friction. Apple, I believe, wanted to expos

I bought an AWU3 about a month and half ago... not satisifed

It’s just too much watch. I don’t need a 5cm square on my wrist, I’m not skiing in the Alps I don’t need the loud beacon thing, I take off the watch to shower anyway and it charges to 100 in that amount of time…. Idk I am just not a super-athlete that needs all the extra functions. I just need a reg

Just got the new Apple Watch Ultra 3 Hermes to replace my series 6 Hermes 😮‍💨

PSA: Apple Watch Series 1 update failure = no recovery path if it bricks

Just happened to me and yes you are right the update the renders the phone useless should not be sent by Apple, but they do this on purpose so that you have to buy a new phone and the absolute thing is nonsense. They designed it or stop designing programs for it to make it obsolete one minute the wa

Day 2: Apple x Hermes, Series 11, 42mm + affordable band hack!

Unpopular opinion, but it is kind of dumb to buy the Hermes version when a new apple watch comes out every year. The Hermes version still uses the same tech as the cheaper versions. What a waste of money.
