My husband uses an Apple Watch (Series 11). It is insightful. We haven’t slept in the same bed for quite some time because of his snoring and movement. He jerks and moves a lot in bed - supposedly while sleeping. We recently vacationed and shared a bed - it was miserable, even with me wearing earplu

Giving Credit Where It’s Due: Great Improvement to COROS Strength Training (New beta firmware)
Sadly, rep counting requires a lot of data and model training with said data that none of the sportswatch brands really seems to have available or done, not even Garmin. It's sad, because recognizing a set, the correct exercise and even number of reps works very accurately on an Apple Watch in my ex

Best Model for First Watch
After being worried for 3 years about exactly this, I just got my Apple Watch last week. And honestly: I‘m pretty certain I won’t take it off anymore. I initially bought it to track my health (specifically my heart rates) because I’ve had some issues blacking out, feeling dizzy etc.I was worried I qu

My First Smartwatch ⌚️Series 11
Nice. I started with cheap knockoff watches and got tired replacing them every few months. So I bought the galaxy watch 6 and was happy with it until my S24 ultra stopped vibrating without any falls. Now I’m on my first Apple Watch (11 series). I held out from buying an Apple Watch until Apple gave

Bevel and Apple Watch 11 vs other options, please help

Also the Garmin watches are so big, for my sma

Never had a smart watch
It depends on what you want from your smartwatch. If you just want a nice-looking, general smartwatch the Amazfit Active or Balance give a great experience without a big investment. The standard Apple Watch 11 is also a good choice if you want a full Apple Watch. I would hesitate on the Ultra unless

No words needed. Did it last night.
Previously, I had a Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, and its sleep statistics were much more critical, because after a year of use, my maximum score was maybe 95 out of 100, usually around 70-80 day after day. Now, with the AW11, I get 95-100 day after day.I also had a day when I felt completely sleep deprived,

Giving Credit Where It’s Due: Great Improvement to COROS Strength Training (New beta firmware)
Good to hear that Coros is improving this function of their watches. I would like to try a Coros watch at some point, but before getting my first sportswatch I read that reps and weights could not be edited between sets. I was not exactly sure of how it was supposed to work, but the Amazfit watch I
