Thank you very much for posting this. Not that I want to discourage Apple from backporting new features, but this will be the reason that I do not upgrade from my AW10 to AW11. The hypertension and sleep score are the two things I'm most interested in, and I guess I get them with watchOS 26.

Hypertension analysis is done over 30 day evaluation periods, starting from the day you set up hypertension notifications. So it's done once in 30 days. Maybe you need to wear your AW11 more. Apple is not saying anything precise about this. Why do you juggle 2 watches anyway?

Yes. On IOS 26.4 on both iPhone and Apple Watch series 11 and yet the sound is so bad. I can’t use it as an alarm clock. It’s inaudible and some alerts just go unanswered so have to manually check my notifications on the Apple Watch. Kinda annoying and will have to wait for an underwhelming series 1
