I usually charge it up to about 80-90% in the morning and even with always on display and all the health monitoring (afib, apnea, fall, etc), plus with a 20 min walk activity and 2 hours of pickleball activity, it's still around

I have both. For the price point and functionality I prefer Apple. Garmin is geared more towards outdoorsy type of people. Great battery life. It does all of these (can’t speak for the biking bc I don’t bike), there are body battery apps like BodyState you can download if you want that info I never found it helpful to know that info but it’s different for everyone.
