After a quick search I found that it costs about €100 to get a battery replacement by Apple services,

I use an Apple Watch SE 3. My biggest reason being the much longer battery life. (Saw a video of an 40mm getting 12 hours and the 44mm getting like 20 hours… although I forgot where it came from).
