I got my Pixel 9 Pro Fold yesterday - first impressions from an iPhone + iPad mini user
Picked up a Pixel 9 Pro Fold yesterday for A$1000 (~US$650) — couldn’t pass on that deal.
I’ve been using an iPhone 16 alongside an iPad mini (A17 Pro), and my hope was that this single device could replace both. That way, I can hand the iPad to my 5-year-old (who’s already broken two iPads before)

Bring laptop or invest in mini tablet?
EDIT — Corrected some wrong info, and gave links to relevant information to "prove" it correct. —————————— Oh boy, I love tech. Don't mind my comment, but tldr; I'd go to the Apple store and see if you can experiment with Lightroom/CapCut to see if it'd work for your use case. Tbh I had very little

Size comparison
iPad mini 7: Mainly use to consume all sorts of media - YouTube, Netflix, News Articles, Books. I also use it for journalling, doodling, checking emails, scrolling through photos etc. It's just nice to have a powerful device that you can bring around everywhere. I love it especially for travel if I

Do you have any ipad reccos?
I have the iPad mini 7, which is the second weakest iPad model of all current models when it comes to processing chip, with only the base iPad having a weaker chip. And it runs battles and everything else perfectly on Ultra graphics, so I think any of the current iPad models, between the iPad mini,

Thinking of changing to mini. Should I go iPad mini A17 Pro or stay with iPad A16?
I got an 11” iPad Air for work, but when I’m home, I mostly use my pretty ancient iPad mini 5, just because it’s so much more convenient to use. Screen is big enough, even for watching movies. So yes, the iPad mini is my favourite and most probably I’ll soon get myself the mini 7 with the A17 pro ch

13 inch Ipad Air for music making?
I use an iPad mini A17 pro, 8.3" screen and get by just fine, so I've no doubt you'll be fine with the 11". It depends on your priorities. For me I wanted maximum portability, take it anywhere kind of thing, plus budget considerations. Performance wise I have yet to really face any challenge even wi

What is the best iPad you’ve used if you are very sensitive?
According to https://www.pwmtests.com/ the iPad Air M2 from 2024 and the current iPad Mini A17 Pro should also be okay.

Wife gift
Do you live near an Apple Store? If yes bring her in for a look and hands on experience because it’s a very personal thing. Some people have small hands and wrists and aren’t comfortable holding an a regular sized iPad for longer periods that gaming will be used for but will be fine doing it on an i

I’m confused between ipad mini 7 or ipad 11th
iPad mini is nicer for games. Apart from better performance (A17 Pro vs A16) the form factor is literally the best touch screen for Genshin type games, I play ZZZ on mine despite having a 13” M4 Pro which is great but too big for games. Sometimes bigger isn’t better. It’s also the best iPad for read
