Is the mini 7 worth forking out the extra cash over the A16?

I think the big thing you wanna think about is longevity, better chip will get you more years out of it. A16 is an aging chip and doesn’t even support Apple Intelligence. A mini could be fine if you can find one at a decent price, but I wouldn’t do anything other than the A17 Pro. Hell even an M1 iP

iPad Mini 7 or Lenovo Y700

iPads with A17 Pro and above with ported AAA titles are quite capable for gaming too now. If you are also concerned with longevity there's nothing better than Mini

Why iPad mini

I have both the iPad Pro M4 (Wi-Fi and Cellular) and the iPad mini A17 Pro (Wi-Fi and Cellular) and I like both for different reasons. The mini is good for travel, and it’s sturdier than the Pro (those are ridiculously thin now). Great for using on planes and in hotels.

iPad Pro M4 vs iPad Mini 7

Tandem OLED upgrade forecasted for late in 2026, so not far away from desired Mini. Gurman from Bloomberg and others say. More importantly what is RAM on your M4 iPad. I would not buy one that was below 12 GB, that’s the new minimum standard on Apple’s new Pro devices and new MacBook Air iPad …so to

Why do I have to keep reconnecting my apple pencil usb-c using a cable?

I finally fixed the problem. I had constant problems with my Apple Pencil USB-C losing connection with my iPad Mini 7 despite trying all the suggested fixes. The next time a system update became available I connected my pencil to my iPad and left it connected while installing the update. Apparently

Anyone else still rocking the 2018 Pro or have you all upgraded?

I got a 2018 12.9 iPad Pro for $225 a few months ago and it is still amazing! I have same use-case as you, plus Outlook and excel for spreadsheets. I also have iPad mini a17 pro. I went into Best Buy to check out the 12.9 iPad Pro m3 (their display model) and brought my 2018 with me. After messing a

Absolute design failure.

I agree there are some problems with the design, but most have been worked out and I personally haven't noticed any issue. I feel most are pretty nit picky and while yes you can expect alot from Apple, the overal look and feel of liquid glass is nice imo. Resource wise I can't comment on. My slowest
