The Apple refurb store currently has two 5th Gen M1 iPad Air models, 10.9”, 256GB, WiFi + Cellular for $489 if you don’t mind pink or purple. BUT - that refurb price is terribly close to a new M4 iPad Air, 11”, WiFi only, 128 GB for $549 if you make an EDU purchase as a student.

Ipad pro 13 inch M5 or M4 Air.
Im in same dilemma my iPad pro 12.9 M1 screen broke. And I'm in process to choose between Samsung tab S11 ultra for 3999 AED with pen or iPad Air 13 M4 4299 AED 256GB both cellular.
