The M1 iPad is obviously more powerful than the a16 iPad. However if you’re buying 2nd hand, the battery health might not be in the best condition. Yes absolutely! The M1 iPads are still incredibly capable, you should be good for at least 3-4 years. I recommend however getting at least a higher storage of 256GB to future proof it, 64GB for the iPad Air 5 is limiting.
