New iPad Air M2 11" (128gb) is ~65k at Apple India. Seller's 2yr old unit at ~37k is about half price but battery is 87%, so expect shorter life and no warranty. Decent deal if you're ok with that.

I recommend the M2 iPad Air because of the bigger screen, that might be of better use as an artist. My 10.9 inch M1 iPad Air is a nice mix of portable and screen real estate IMO.
