People here not getting the point. It's not about the speaker and its sound quality. It's about the smart home system/standard/hardware. The HomePod Mini is the cheapest way to get into their smart home system, and that's why this matters.

Then just go for it. It looks absolutely good as you know this HomePod and it’s yours. Minis are nothing in front of it. But didn’t you mention you found it in FB marketplace for $150 in your original post?
