Sure, but I’d be interested in upgrading if there were some compelling new features. I guess the heart rate monitoring might be good for people that don’t already have an Apple Watch or don’t want one, but beyond that it doesn’t sound like it offers much for current APP2 owners.

Went from app2 to app3 total mistake, only thing noticeabley better for me was the bass. The fit, the feedback screech bug, the battery life, and the apple support has all sucked for the app3. I am back to app2 and life is good.
