Hey guys, I'll save the story for another post but 2 weeks ago I finished my first PC build ever. Wanted to do an all white build, and long story short my uncle said he'd give me his rig he recently upgraded from if I bought a gpu and ssd. I ended up buying a new cpu aswell, was super happy but want

Not the worst considering how much these CPUs go for used, but at this point, I’d consider upgrading to budget AM5 instead and sell your current CPU ram and mobo. The SN850X does go for like $250 on sale and is currently $290 so this is about $190-230 for the CPU.

If you want to jump up to 1440p just get a 9070 or 9070 xt and a 750w gold modular psu for the extra power bump would still keep you under $1500 spent. The pro vdh mobo has good enough vrms to handle am4 16 core cpus, so if you ever want to jump up to a 5700x3d/5800x3d that would just need a better

I was shopping around for a 5800X3D but it seems like they are hard find or cost too much nowadays.
I was considering 5700X3D but I would just pay more for the 5800X3D since so

PCPartPicker Part List Something like this should be much better at a similar price. The 5800x is a nice cpu, but your upgrade path is limited to the 5700x3d and 5800x3d, both of which are ridiculously expensive, even on the used market. The 12600K performs on par with it, is cheaper, and makes upgr

I've had a look at your other posts. You are: From Philipines, your grandma and brother are going to buy you a PC, you claim to have an "unlimited" budget but I highly doubt your grandma is just going to give you money for a pc worth as much as a decent car (which is what a high end system costs). So here's the thing, VRC is mostly CPU bound, so you probably won't see a big uplift, although most likely it will be noticeable. I have a 9070XT and 5700X3D, and usually the GPU is around 35-50% at 3100p with a Reverb G2, while the CPU is actively trying to kill itself at 60fps. The good thing is t
