LensCrafters WON’T adjust the ear / Temple tips

My Impressions of the Echo Frames
TL;DR: Used for 2 days, don't like them much. Basically does what a smartwatch and earbuds do in one package, but worse than both. Could be okay in the right hands (or on the right face?)
I was super excited when I was chosen to receive the Echo Frames. When I got them, I was a little disappointed.

Echo Frames Too Tight on Temples! Will Time Help?
The adjustment guide only talks about adjusting the lower end of the legs that go behind and head.
