Helio Strap

Got the amazfit helio strap from US and it seems to be totally worth it. The sensors are very accurate and it even has a temp sensor. It figures out what part of body you’ve trained ( i was super impressed when i saw the workout report ) and the sleep tracking has been okay so far. Will be testing

I noticed a large drop in my HRV a week ago from a baseline of 71 down to low 60s followed by a steady increase in RHR. My skin temperature has also been consistently above normal by +02 - +0.6C. The app kept telling me to 'pay attention', but I felt fine so I put it down to bad data from the sensor

Been using the Helio Strap for around 15–20 days now and thought I’d share my experience. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it, but there are a few things worth pointing out:

Not trying to rant, just genuinely hoping to spark some momentum here.

I’ve used Amazfit products in the past, and honestly? I loved them. Solid battery, good metrics, clean design. You can tell the devs actually care.

First of all, tip: keep workout detection sensitivity on low(not on medium too)... Otherwise it will detect everything as working and shows unnecessary calories burn( ridiculously high).

Sleep tracking: 10/10, the best ... I do lucid dreaming and I wake up in between just to check

I got a whoop 2.0 back in 2018ish then got the 3.0 and now I'm on the 4.0 currently. I bought an helio amazstrap 4 months ago and it's not as good as the whoop strap (user interface is worse) but it's as accurate at the whoop strap for all the important things like heart rate, sleep and strain activ

Previous Garmin and whoop user and got sick of how much Whoop wanted and Garmins crazy prices.

Saw the Helio Strap get announced and jumped all over it, then heard about the data enhancement with the Balance 2 so went all in.
