Helio Strap

I completely disagree. I believe DC Rainmaker has made a name for himself as a trusted reviewer in the sports community and also reviews devices extensively. He's also been around the block for a long time and seen a lot of devices in a lot of software so I personally value his opinion on things. I

I have been doing alot of research on the helio strap and there are so many mixed reviews on it, And now im a bit confused about going for it, Should i get one or not? I need some good accuracy on sleep and other basic tracking...alot of poor reviews are there about the sleep tracking but also some

I use Amazfit Helio Strap for exactly this reason, but thinking to switch back to Apple Watch as a lack of screen makes me move less, as I don’t pay attention to my activity that much anymore.

I've been using the Amazfit Helio Strap with the bicep strap for over a week now, and while the design and comfort are great, I’ve noticed a few issues. Here is a short review:

• Sleep tracking struggles to accurately detect when I’m awake. One morning, I woke up at 5 AM and couldn’t fall back asleep

Helio and Amazfit app. The app had nutrition included and it tracks pretty well for what it costs (free). I would dinette recommend it. I've recently done two running workouts wearing a chest strap (threshold Run and z2) and both of those came the same average and max hr on the Helio.

I have been playing with the Nova R Ring and it is around 180 USD, no subscription, and reasonable tracking. I wore it on my ring finger with no issues. Compared it to my Garmin Fenix 8 and Amazfit Helio Strap.

Hello, I’m looking to get a smart watch/band under 10k for fitness tracking.

It should have good tracking for step count, heart rate, sleep and other normal fitness features.

I was waiting for Amazfit helio strap for past 2 months but it never came in stock, so now i’m looking for other alternativ

Hi everyone, I'd like to share my experience from the beginning of the year until now. But first things first, I'm currently helping the developer of VitalStat a lot because I see a lot of potential in the app.
So if anyone wants to interpret this as advertising, they can do so. But
