I received both trackers today and will compare the data over the next days. First impression: Polar Loop looks way better and has a smaller fit. Comfort is similar, but Helio is maybe a bit more comfortable (more elastic).

Been using the Helio Strap for around 15–20 days now and thought I’d share my experience. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it, but there are a few things worth pointing out:

•	Workout tracking (7/10): <mark class="bg-red-100 text-red-800 px-0.5 rounded">Tracks upper body stuff really well (presses, curls, etc.), but not so much lower body.</mark> To be fair,

I got the Whoop with a recommendation, but it was a fantastic month. I deliberately trained more to stress-test the app and the sensors, which alone was worth it.

Thanks to this sub, I got excited about the Helio straps, and now that they’re available in the EU, I got one for my father and for me.

Previous Garmin and whoop user and got sick of how much Whoop wanted and Garmins crazy prices.

Saw the Helio Strap get announced and jumped all over it, then heard about the data enhancement with the Balance 2 so went all in.

Just wanted to share — the Amazfit Helio Strap is honestly 10/10 for me. The tracking is super accurate, and the sleep tracking especially is amazing. I just took a 1-hour nap, and it recorded it perfectly.

I saw some reviews saying the sleep tracking isn’t that good, but for me it’s been spot on.
