Just received the helio strap from the giveaway
Big thanks to Bryce, just got the strap, first impressions its a bit wide for my tiny wrist and the band lacks a bit of flexibility. Im sure a different type of band would fix that though. Will give it a try during tonights sleep and tomorrows workout and see how it feels.

Short Review of Helio Strap
I've been using the Amazfit Helio Strap with the bicep strap for over a week now, and while the design and comfort are great, I’ve noticed a few issues. Here is a short review:
- Sleep tracking struggles to accurately detect when I’m awake. One morning, I woke up at 5 AM and couldn’t fall back asleep

Im stuck in research mode!! HELP Please!!
I have been playing with the Nova R Ring and it is around 180 USD, no subscription, and reasonable tracking. I wore it on my ring finger with no issues. Compared it to my Garmin Fenix 8 and Amazfit Helio Strap.
