Have not had any issue but we bought an Alen air purifier about two years ago for our home. It’s a breath right 75i It automatically senses bad air and turns the fan up to clean out the bad air. It’s crazy if we open windows or slider the air quality goes down even making meals on the cook top pollu

Coway has a bundle… two airmightys with básic filters for $407, USA. I just saw an advertisement for the sale of the bundled units just in my inbox. For odors, you need the filters that have more carbon. I purchased the air mighty bundle and additional filters for intense fires. I keep them on Eco m

Yeah, I could get 2 x 45i for the same price as 1 x 75i at current sales, and the 2 x 45i would give me more CADR with less noise, since 2 x 45i at speed 1 gives a CADR half-way between speeds 2 & 3 with 1 x 75i (and better coverage, since I could put them at two different locations in my room). Alen Air Purifier is what you need. Start with the 45i or even the 75i for a big room. Game changer.

Winix by a mile. I wouldn’t pay more for a blueair. Also the c610 is undersized for your needs. Look at the WX100 or Alen 45i or 75i Keep in mind, a lot of shady companies (like blueair) “claim” a certain square footage coverage. But that coverage is 1 air change per hour. If you actually want to pu

You may want to investigate a whole house air filtration system if you indeed have the budget. Otherwise your options are basically something like AirPura, it filters both air and uses large amounts of carbon to get rid of smells.. https://www.airpura.com/ An alternative would be something like the

There's literally only one aiir purifier that's quiet and it's the Alen Breathsmart 75i. I've had dozens of different brands and that's the only one that is whisper quiet even on full blast, literally nothing else compares. They aren't cheap but if sound is a concern and you want a air purifier that

I have the 75i which is rated 351 cfm for dust, luggables Xl-7 Ultra is 401 dust, and 450 pollen. I'm happy with both of them. Alen says either 7-10 months for carbon filters or 12-15 Mos for the pure hepa. I've owned for 3 mos and the indicator shows nearly 50% used. If that's the case it's not goo

I have an Alen 75i, its 100 cfm on speed 1 and 185 cfm on speed 2. I cant hear speed 2 unless I put my head right over it. And when you need the cleaning power it's 375 cfm on speed 5 which still isn't loud. Might be too expensive for you, but they do sell refurbished at Alen website and I've seen t

I've wanted Alen for years. Got the 75i and 35i. 35i was fine, but not that impressed with odor removal and I have the ultimate filter. Small kitchen and if I cook a burger, the smell is still there in the morning-even on turbo. 75i makes a knocking sound even on the lowest speed and that is right o
