+1 sa akko tac75, I have one and it sounds great, feels great too, tho personally, HE wouldn't be my factor when purchasing keyboards, majority of games don't benefit with HE, +some games can even have you banned if they detect it.

I'm currently using Akko Tac75 HE, it's a little pricey but an amazing deal nonetheless. IMO the best HE keeb for that price range It sounds decent right from the box and after a bit of modding it sounds really creamy. The switches feel smooth and they're also pre-lubed iirc.
