Looking for recs from the beyerdynamic line

Any particular reason you want to go Beyerdynamic? None of the ones I had a chance to try (770, 880, 990) really impressed me, they're very comfortable but sound quality and soundstage were pretty average. I'd go Sennheiser HD490 Pro or AKG K612 Pro.
