Por 1500 eu experimentaria o Fiio FT1 vendido no Aliexpress. Se precisar ser nacional, o AKG K371 (com fio) muitas vezes aparece por volta de mil ou menos, paguei 720 reais na época. Falam da construção do arco do K371, mas tenho há mais de 3 anos e só troquei as pads.

Cheap headsets typically have poor build quality and especially electronics. My best bet for a headset under $100 is get real headphones like a Philips 9600 and add a Vmoda boom pro in line mic.
