I know this is a shitpost, but seriously, get a good chair and make sure your setup is ergonomic, including the height of the display(s). I have serious issues with my upper body that were in part due to years of bad ergonomics. Bought a steelcase gesture and I’m very happy with it.

Office chair recommendations in Wellington
I'm guessing if you're looking at HMs you've got a decent budget? I'd second the other comment to go to Kada and have him try out the leap in person, maybe look at the gesture (both Steelcase brand).
